Our Story

It all started with a simple question:

“What if we could support companies not just with advice, but with real, practical action in the field?”

This question grew from the professional journey of Dr. Shovella Santy Alrosjid, who led transformations in innovation, operational excellence, and supply chain management across multinational companies. She discovered that many organizations need more than just consultancy, they need a hands-on partner who shares the responsibility of change.

That spirit led to the founding of OSCM Indonesia in early 2019, not as a typical consulting firm, but as a committed transformation partner. We tailor every project by building cross-functional teams, across operations, HR, analytics, marketing, and more, based on each client’s unique challenges. Our goal is to enable holistic and sustainable transformation across the end-to-end supply chain.

In 2025, we expanded beyond B2B by launching professional learning solutions (B2C), including webinars, masterclasses, career coaching, and international certification programs. Through our partnership with the Global Innovation Institute (GInI), we offer structured innovation certifications backed by practical masterclasses to prepare professionals at every level.
